President

R. L. Pope, U.S. Army Veteran, and Industrial Security Specialist, has provided security solutions, across the United States and throughout Europe. The success to Popes’ consulting services is attributable to a willingness to continue learning and to travel. Pope, currently the President of East Bay PEN, an interactive organization assisting   dislocated workers transition into new careers.

Vice President of Administration, Yoshie Fujimoto, has performed, successfully, in a variety of occupations.  Her customer service skills have benefited people in retail, hospitality and financial industries; Yoshie lives by the creed, treat others with dignity and respect, Yoshie’s  strengths are an ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Hester Green, Project Management Professional (PMP) specializing in human resources and IT.  Hester manages the IT and Web Development programs for East Bay Professional Experience Network (East Bay PEN), and has been passionately committed to helping improve computer literacy in Oakland via GotCom (Oakland middle schools) and more recently in tutoring/mentoring Assets Senior Employment Opportunities Program Resource Room employees in Excel.

Marshall Clevesy, U.S. Army veteran, Project Coordinator and situational troubleshooter, thrives on solving other people’s problems. Marshall draws on a diverse and eclectic background, as an experienced  digital publishing specialist, certified CNC machining programmer, copy editor, game software quality assessment team leader, and network systems technician.

Ben English, U.S. Air Force veteran, author of the Job Readiness Reference Guide, and dedicated Résumé Writer and Career Coach, Post-secondary Teacher, Artist, and Interior Designer. Ben’s has designed and delivered job readiness programs to residents of HUD Managed Properties in San Francisco and Oakland; Coordinator for Oakland’s Bay Area Urban League (BAUL) Job Fairs. Ben is presently the Events Coordinator for Swords to Plowshares.

Sandra Fini, a PMI Certified Project Manager in the areas of design, remodeling, and property management. Her passion is to use that synergy to design spaces or fashion objects that exceed their expectations, both in function and beauty.  An experienced corporate trainer, functional manager, manages teams of technicians, and small business owner.

Ron Gentile is a Hospitality Professional who believes in bringing passion, experience and fun to every traveler.  He has a diverse background in full service hotels, luxury resorts and restaurants in many destinations.  He joined East Bay PEN in 2010.

Charlie is East Bay PENs Operations Coordinator, and a passionate architectural draftsman, HVAC technician, and website designer.
