Interview Preparations
Arlene has facilitated workshops at the local EASTBAY Works One-Stop Career Center, including The Master/Sample Application and Interviewing Skills workshop.
Arlene is a self-described “old guard” in the field of Workforce Development.
She has constructed a “Job Seekers’ Handbook”, containing mostly original materials and reproduced in the thousands, for the City of Oakland for their annual “Cities of Oakland and San Leandro Working Together Adult and Youth Job Fair".
She produced this for a number of years. She has facilitated workshops at the local EASTBAY Works One-Stop Career Center, including The Master/Sample Application and Interviewing Skills workshop.
She has worked with non-profit and government agencies, as well as collaboratively with state, county, and municipal programs.
