Charlie Hayward

Charlie received a B.S. in Nautical Industrial Technology (with a Computer Science minor) a long time ago. He's spent 14 years as an officer at sea in both the Navy and the merchant marine. Currently, he is Operations Coordinator for East Bay PEN and the primary designer/administrator of the East Bay PEN website.
