Karen Habegger will talk on Networking, specifically, how to improve vision and visibility, as well as improve your communication and your impact. She will explain using Networking to open the door to opportunity; You are the key component to success. Your job is to make connections and articulate what you need so that others can help you get the results you want: the communications side of the job search. Her friend, Jennifer McMahon will help with social networking, LinkedIn, etc., will help to show how to maximize the process of connecting and building relationships for your benefit. Through a series of simple steps, you can be the one in the room and on the internet whom people want to know.

Karen Habegger loves being a Program Leader at Decker Communications, where she considers it a privilege to be a catalyst in people’s growth and is passionate about seeing participants transform in just two days. She draws on experience in human resources at Gap Inc and Gensler Architecture. She has her own coaching and counseling service, Revel Coaching, which she founded in 2005.
Karen will be joined by her friend and colleague from Decker Communications, Jennifer McMahon. Jennifer is a corporate Trainer and Coach focusing on leadership development topics, with an expertise in communications. She has 10+ years of experience training and coaching professionals across diverse industries and corporate cultures to impact change at venues that include CBS-TV, Hyatt Hotels, and Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Charles Schwab, AT&T, Microsoft, Bechtel, Johnson & Johnson, Hertz, among others. She transitioned into this area starting out as a journalist after graduating with honors in journalism from USC.
